Bananas hold a deep significance in many cultures, and in Thai folklore it said that a woman’s spirit lives inside wild banana trees, and cutting them down is considered a bad omen. She is a ghost (called Nang Tani) that lives in the bunches of trees and appears on full Moon nights. Growing up in Florida they also hold a special place in my heart from swimming the Banana River and eating it fresh off the trees from our neighbors yards. This Ring was first carved in wax and then sand cast in solid Sterling, with a bright yellow glass cab sitting in it’s center fitting a size 8.75
