The Greek Titan Oceanus was often depicted with a Scepter in his hands, from the mosaics to the marble sculptures still standing today, although most are not intact anymore. This double fresh water Pearl staff is hand fabricated in Sterling Silver and my interpretation of his magical Scepter, and hangs from 18 inches of chain that ends in a fish hook style clasp allowing for a shorter fit if the wearer chooses.
